1. The Marketplace
Adnovaa is an online marketplace that connects buyers with independent third-party sellers of advertising-related digital products and services. Adnovaa provides the platform, payment holding, and dispute processes; the products themselves are supplied by the individual sellers listed on the site. A seller’s listing is an offer by that seller, not by Adnovaa, although every listing is reviewed by Adnovaa before publication and sellers must comply with these Terms and the Seller Policy.
2. Accounts and Verification
- You must be at least 18 years old to register.
- All buyers and sellers must complete account verification before buying or selling. This may include email verification, one-time passcodes (OTP), and identity verification for sellers.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and two-factor authentication secure, and for all activity under your account.
- One person or business may not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions, ratings, or enforcement.
- Adnovaa may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, provide false verification information, or pose a risk to other users.
3. Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following are prohibited on Adnovaa:
- Stolen, hacked, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized accounts, codes, or credentials of any kind
- Products or services that violate the terms or policies of the platform they relate to, or that the seller has no legal right to sell or transfer
- Fraudulent funding sources, stolen payment instruments, or money-laundering activity of any kind
- Listings that are deceptive, misleading, infringe intellectual property rights, or advertise prohibited or illegal goods/services
- Spam, manipulation of ratings or reviews, fake orders, or attempts to move transactions off-platform to avoid commission or buyer protection
- Interference with the site’s operation, security, or other users’ accounts
Adnovaa may remove listings and suspend accounts involved in prohibited activity without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices on Adnovaa are displayed and charged in USDT. No other currency or payment method is accepted at checkout.
- Payment is made by sending the exact order amount in USDT on one of the supported networks — TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, or SOL — to the address provided at checkout, and submitting the transaction (TX) hash on the order page.
- You are responsible for sending on the correct network, to the correct address, and at or above the minimum deposit amounts shown at checkout. Blockchain transfers are irreversible; payments sent incorrectly may be lost and are not guaranteed to be recoverable.
- An order is confirmed only after the payment is verified. Verified payments are held by Adnovaa and released to the seller after delivery, as described in the Refund Policy.
- Adnovaa may cancel orders that are unpaid after the stated payment window, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timeframes are stated on each product page and begin after payment verification.
- Digital products are delivered through the order page, platform messaging, or email, as described in the listing.
- Buyers must review deliveries promptly and report problems within the timeframes in the Refund Policy.
6. Ratings and Reviews
Verified buyers may leave a star rating after a completed order. Written reviews are moderated and published only after approval. Users must not create fake ratings or reviews, or offer incentives for positive ratings.
7. Intellectual Property
The Adnovaa name, logo, site design, and content are the property of Adnovaa or its licensors. Sellers retain rights in their own listing content and grant Adnovaa a license to display it on the marketplace. You may not copy or reuse site content except as permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Adnovaa provides the marketplace “as is”; Adnovaa is not the seller of third-party products and does not guarantee a seller’s performance beyond the buyer-protection and dispute processes described in our policies; and Adnovaa’s total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Cryptocurrency values and network conditions are outside Adnovaa’s control.
9. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
Buyers and sellers agree to use Adnovaa’s dispute process first for order disagreements. Adnovaa’s decision under the Refund Policy, based on the evidence available, applies to the release or refund of the held payment.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the site that is not resolved through our dispute process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
