1. Open your store
- Register from the Become a Seller page and choose your store name — your store link (adnovaa.com/store/your-name/) is created on the spot.
- Verify your email with the activation link we send you. You cannot sign in until your email is verified.
- Wait for approval. Every seller is reviewed by our team before selling is enabled. This keeps fake stores out and protects your reputation as a real seller.
- Complete your store setup — logo, banner, and your store details — from your seller dashboard.
- Turn on two-factor authentication (2FA) within the grace period. Seller accounts must use 2FA; it protects your earnings and your payout wallet.
Store opening is free, and there are no listing fees — ever.
2. Add products that sell
- Write a clear title that says exactly what the buyer gets, for example the platform, the duration, and the main benefit.
- Describe honestly. State what is included, what is not included, delivery time, and anything the buyer must provide. Honest listings get fewer disputes and better reviews.
- Use a real product image and, if you can, add a product video (YouTube or Vimeo link in the product editor) — listings with video explain themselves.
- Pick the right category and set your price in USDT. Buyers can set price-drop alerts on your products, so fair pricing brings them back when you run an offer.
- Submit for review. New products go through moderation before they appear in the shop. Complete, honest listings are approved fastest.
3. How orders and buyer protection work
- The buyer pays in USDT at checkout and submits the transaction hash.
- The order stays on hold while our team verifies the payment by hand.
- Once verified, you deliver the product or service as described.
- The buyer confirms receipt, and the sale amount (minus commission) becomes your earnings.

4. Getting paid
- Adnovaa charges a flat 10% commission on completed sales — you keep 90%. The Adnovaa Official Store is the only exception.
- Withdraw from your seller dashboard once your balance reaches 10 USDT.
- Withdrawals go to your USDT wallet. For your security, payout requests are protected by 2FA, and changing your wallet address locks withdrawals to the new address for 48 hours.
- Never ask buyers to pay you outside Adnovaa. Off-platform payments are against the Seller Policy and remove buyer protection for both sides.
5. Rules that keep your store safe
- Only list products you can actually deliver, exactly as described.
- No fake claims, no invented stock or sales numbers, and no reviews of your own products — ratings on Adnovaa come only from verified buyers.
- Respond to buyers promptly and deliver within the time your listing promises.
- Products that break platform rules or the law are removed, and repeat violations close stores.
6. Grow your store
Seller levels — New Seller → Pro Seller → Top Rated Seller — are earned from real completed sales and real buyer ratings. Complete orders on time, keep descriptions accurate, and your level, visibility, and sales grow together. Buyers can also follow price drops and restock alerts on your products, so every good experience compounds.
