Buying on Adnovaa

1. What is Adnovaa?

Adnovaa is a global marketplace for advertising products and services. Verified sellers list ad accounts, ad funding, credit line support, gift cards and vouchers, tracking and technical services, ads management, and agency support. Buyers purchase with USDT and are covered by our buyer protection process.

2. Do I need an account to buy?

Yes. All buyers must register and complete account verification before purchasing. You can sign up with your email address or with Google or Facebook. Verification helps keep the marketplace safe for everyone.

3. How do I place an order?

1. Find the product you need and check the description, delivery time, and seller store carefully.
2. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. Choose your USDT network (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, or SOL), send the exact amount shown to the payment address provided, and submit your transaction (TX) hash.
4. Once your payment is verified, the seller is notified and your order is processed for delivery.

4. How are digital products delivered?

Most products on Adnovaa are digital. Depending on the product, delivery is made through your Adnovaa order page, by message from the seller, or by email to your account address. The expected delivery timeframe is stated on each product page. You can follow your order status anytime under My Orders in your account dashboard.

5. Which payment methods does Adnovaa accept?

Adnovaa accepts USDT only. All prices are displayed and charged in USDT. We do not accept cards, bank transfers, or other cryptocurrencies at checkout.

6. Which USDT networks can I use?

You can pay with USDT on any of these networks:

• TRC20 (Tron) — recommended; usually the lowest network cost
• BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain)
• ERC20 (Ethereum)
• SOL (Solana)

Always send USDT only on the network you selected at checkout. Sending on the wrong network can result in a permanent loss of funds.

7. How do I pay, step by step?

1. At checkout, select your preferred USDT network.
2. Copy the payment address shown for that network (or scan the QR code).
3. Send the exact order amount in USDT from your wallet or exchange account.
4. Paste your transaction (TX) hash into the order page and submit it.
5. We verify your payment on the blockchain. Once confirmed, your order moves to processing.

Please respect the minimum deposit amounts shown at checkout (for example, 0.5 USDT minimum on ERC20). Payments below the minimum may not be credited.

8. How long does payment verification take?

Verification depends on blockchain confirmation times for your chosen network and on our manual review. Most payments are verified within a few hours. If your payment has not been verified after 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your order ID and TX hash.

Buyer Protection, Refunds, and Disputes

9. How does buyer protection work?

Your payment is held securely after verification instead of going straight to the seller. It is released to the seller only after your order is delivered. If the seller does not deliver, or the product is materially different from its description, you can open a dispute and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

10. What if my order is not delivered or is not as described?

Open a dispute from your order page as soon as possible and contact us at [email protected] with your order ID. Our team reviews the order, the delivery evidence, and both sides’ messages. If the claim is valid, we refund you in USDT according to our Refund Policy.

11. How are refunds paid?

Approved refunds are paid in USDT to the wallet address you confirm with us, normally on the same network you used to pay. See the Refund Policy page for timelines and conditions.

Selling on Adnovaa

12. How do I become a seller?

Register an account, complete verification, and apply to sell from your account dashboard. Seller accounts are reviewed and approved by the Adnovaa team before selling is enabled. Once approved, you can open your store and submit products — each product is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

13. How much commission does Adnovaa charge?

Adnovaa charges a flat 10% commission on each completed sale. There are no listing fees. The commission is deducted automatically, and the remaining balance is credited to your seller account.

14. How and when do I withdraw my earnings?

Sellers withdraw earnings in USDT to their own wallet. The minimum withdrawal is 10 USDT. Choose your network (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, or SOL) in your withdrawal settings and make sure your wallet address is correct — withdrawals sent to a wrong address cannot be reversed. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our team.

15. How do ratings and reviews work?

After a completed order, verified buyers can rate the product with a star rating. Written reviews are reviewed by our team before they appear. Ratings come only from real, verified purchases — nothing else.
