Adnovaa sells digital products and services. Because digital goods cannot be “returned” in the physical sense, this policy explains exactly when and how refunds are given. Please read it before purchasing.
1. Buyer Protection and Payment Holding
When you pay for an order, your USDT payment is held by Adnovaa after verification. It is released to the seller only after the order is marked as delivered. This holding period is what makes refunds possible — if delivery fails or the product is not as described, the payment can be returned to you under this policy.
2. You Are Eligible for a Full Refund If:
- Non-delivery: The seller does not deliver your order within the delivery timeframe stated on the product page (plus any extension you agreed to in writing).
- Wrong item: The product delivered is materially different from the product you ordered (for example, a different product type or specification than the listing described).
- Invalid on delivery: A digital product (such as account access details, a code, or a license) does not work at the moment of delivery, and the seller cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payment: You accidentally paid for the same order twice, and both payments are verified on the blockchain.
- Cancelled before delivery: Your order is cancelled by the seller, or by Adnovaa, before delivery takes place.
3. Refunds Are Not Available If:
- The product was delivered as described and works as described, and you simply changed your mind.
- You have already used the delivered product or service in a way that consumed its value (for example, spent delivered ad balance or used delivered account access), except where the product was defective on delivery.
- The problem was caused by your own misuse, incorrect information you provided, or changes you made after delivery.
- An advertising platform restricted or closed an account due to your own campaigns, content, or policy violations after successful delivery of a working product.
- You sent payment on the wrong network, to a wrong address, or below the stated minimum deposit, and the funds cannot be recovered. (We will make reasonable efforts to help, but recovery is not guaranteed.)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Open a dispute from the order page in your account dashboard, or email [email protected] with your order ID.
- Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or of the missed delivery deadline, for non-delivery). Contacting us within 48 hours helps us resolve your claim faster.
- Provide the details of the problem and any evidence (screenshots, error messages, delivery records).
Our team reviews the order, the delivery evidence, and the messages between you and the seller, and will normally reach a decision within 3–5 business days of receiving complete information.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
- Approved refunds are paid in USDT to the wallet address you confirm with us in writing, normally on the same network you used for payment.
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
- The refund amount is the order amount paid. Blockchain network fees charged by the network for the refund transfer may be deducted where applicable.
- Refunds cannot be sent to a different cryptocurrency or converted to another currency.
6. Partial Refunds
If part of an order was delivered correctly and part was not, Adnovaa may approve a partial refund for the undelivered or defective part.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed by banks or payment processors. If you have an issue with an order, always contact us first — our dispute process is the fastest route to a resolution.
