Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you sign up with Google or Facebook, we receive the basic profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) that you authorize that provider to share.
Verification information. To verify accounts, we may collect one-time passcode confirmations, and for sellers, identity and business information submitted during seller verification, plus your USDT wallet address(es) for payouts.
Order and transaction information. We collect order details, delivery records, messages sent through the platform about an order, and payment information needed to verify USDT payments — including the network used, the amount, and the transaction (TX) hash. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; we do not control information recorded on a blockchain.
Technical information. Like most websites, we automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, including through cookies (see Section 4).

- With sellers/buyers — the limited information needed to complete an order (for example, your username, order details, and delivery information relevant to that order)
- With service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security providers who process data on our behalf
- For legal reasons — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Adnovaa, our users, or the public
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, sale, or reorganization, subject to this policy

Your Data Rights — Export and Deletion
You can ask us to export or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Send a request from your account email address to [email protected] with the subject “Data Export Request” or “Data Deletion Request”. We verify requests through your account email. For an export, we email you a download link for your personal data. For a deletion, we remove your personal data except records we must keep for legal, tax, or payment-dispute purposes, such as completed order records. Deleting your account does not cancel orders that are already in progress.
